trop long de le passer à la moulinette perso, alors je dirais plutot de faire le menage au demarrage du pc car je vois qu'il y a bcp de chose.

Demarrer>executer tu tapes msconfig
tu vas dans l'onglet service, tu coches en bas "masquer les service micros......." et tu decoches tous les autres services sauf antivirus

tu vas ensuite dans l'onglet démarrage et pareil, decoches tous sauf antivirus.

après tu :
Demarrer>executer tu tapes cmd
dans la fenetre dos qui s'ouvre tu tapes chkdsk X: /f
X: correspond à la lettre du disque avec windows, C: normalement.
il va te demander de redemarrer le pc, tu tapes o et redémarre.

tu peux meme faire une defragmentation pour gagner encore plus en temps d'accès sur les fichiers

avec ca son pc va reprendre du poils de la bête
