Fichier manquant

Bonjour à  tous.
Au démarrage il m'est indiqué que le fichier EGDACESS_1058.dll est manquante.
Que puis je faire pour y remédier.

Tu emploies quel antivirus?

1- Tu le mets à  jour, tu redémarres en mode sans échec, tu désactives la restauration système, puis tu fais un scan complet (tu effaces ce qu'il trouve)
2- tu suis ces instructions et tu nettoie ta base de registre:

1. Click Start > Run.
2. Type regedit

Then click OK.

3. Navigate to the key:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

4. In the left pane, delete the following keys:

egdhtml.egdialhtml
egdhtml.egdialhtml.1
egdialobject.egdial
eghtmldialer.htmldialer
eghtmldialer.htmldialer.1

5. Navigate to the key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftware

6. In the left pane, remove the following keys:

egdhtml
egroup

7. Navigate to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun

8. In the right pane, delete the value:

"Instant Access"="rundll32.exe p2esocks_xxxx.dll,InstantAccess" (where xxxx is a version number)

9. Exit the Registry Editor.
